Engineering Gulet Group specialises in the
provision of high quality marine and electrical
engineering services. Our engineers are manufacturer
trained
and have a wealth of experience. We will work with you to decide on the best make and model
of engine, gearbox, generator, wind generator or bow thruster
for your vessel, install and integrate this in your yacht, and provide you with an electrical map for future reference. As recognised agents
to many well-known suppliers, and stockists of all perishable parts, we can source the materials required, and manage the refit from start to finish. |

Electrical Your vessel's electrical systems are the mainstay of life onboard.
These systems supply the starting power for the engines and generator sets. Without the power required,
you are unable to run charging and other systems. There would soon be no battery power to operate radio
communication equipment, electronics / navigation systems, refrigeration / freezers, navigation lights / interior
lighting, electrical powered bilge pumps and much more. We assure that these critical systems will function
when you need them. We supply top brands for navigation, communication, alarm systems and power management.

Cool And Freeze Your yacht depends on certain auxiliary cool and freeze systems whose failure, although not life-threatening, would certainly spoil your enjoyment. These include ACs, refrigerators, freezers, icemakers, plate systems, temperature controls, manifolds, refrigerant piping, etc.
Apart from regular maintenance we can also refurbish or upgrade your system. Often cool and
freeze systems in yachts are squeezed into a minimum of available space, work at a higher temperature
than normal and consequently age more quickly than normal. This leads to a gradual reduction in performance. The answer is not a recharge
of gas (although this often a parallel problem) rather these systems require upgrading to work correctly in the long term. This might involve
a straight replacement of the cooling unit, an upgrade to a larger one or improving the ventilation, installing vents, fans, etc. We can also
supply analogue replacements for troublesome digital control boards which repeatedly become unreliable after working in a damp environment.
