WARRANTY Applicable for 24 months from date of delivery. This warranty covers the cost of replacing defective parts or of having such parts repaired or of obtaining equivalent parts whichever is the best option. Warranty work carried out by SETMARIN is always free of labour and material costs for the Purchaser. What the warranty does not cover: Cosmetic defects which may appear on the surface and which do not impair the use of the boat Below water applications of paint A damage caused by accidents, collisions, fire or as a result of alterations to the boat after delivery will cancel the extend of the warranty cover. Traveling expenses and freight costs over 300 km. Equipment supplied by the Purchaser, neither the equipment, nor the installation. Consequential costs are excluded from the warranty. Handling of the warranty: Notification of any warranty claims must be made in writing as soon as possible for suitable measures to be agreed with HR.
