BROKER COMMENTS

Hull: She has mulberry and oak frames and 5.5cm pine planking. The hull has peeled and completely refitted in 2010. She has a perfect strength and the hull wood is in very good condition. The hull just needs antifouling paint and new anodes.
Exterior Wood: She has mahogany bulwarks and iroko (teak) deck. Upper deck and aft deck has completely re-new in 2007. Side deck and front deck need to re-new. Bulwarks are in good condition but it needs sanding and varnish.
Interior Wood: She has unique designed layout which is perfectly suitable for private use besides charter boat with 6 guest cabins, 2 saloons and 2 crew cabins. The captain cabin is located in front of kitchen and the crew cabin is located in front of the boat behind chain locker having 3 beds with ensuite WC. From the aft you enter into the aft saloon; having large space with sitting group on the left for the dinning and a bar on the right side. As you reach to the end of the saloon, there is stairs that leads you down to lower deck where the galley, main saloon and 6 of the guest cabins are located. Each cabin has ensuite WC & shower. The pilot house is also located in the aft saloon. The dividers are constructed with mahogany double divisions with insulation in between. The condition is very good. The current layout gives an opportunity to re design and upgrade to any private images.
Plumbing: She has good piping and plumbing equipments. They are all in good working condition.
Electricity System: They are all in very good condition as all has re-new in 2007.
Engine & Generator: She is powered with 360 Hp Cummins Turbo (Approx. 4700h) with 3/1 twin disk gearbox and Kohler 25 Kwa Kohler generator (Approx. 5000h). Both are original marine and they are in perfect condition. Specially the engine room completely re-insolated and equipped in 2007.
Navigation Equipments: She is equipped with VHF, AIS with GPS, Compass, Logs and 64 NM Radar. They are all perfect condition.
Rigging: She has two masts with stainless steel wiring and 3 set of sails. The masts have re-new in 2007. Value of professionalism is highly acceptable.

She is constructed by a famous gulet builder who is a brand here in Aegean Region. She is dry-docked at the moment for the periodic maintenance and in very good condition.
The price is 275,000€ and negotiable. She is an opportunity to consider.
